We have worked with Vellum for over two years at the time of this review and have enjoyed being present to witness and experience Vellum's growth. The service, thoughtfulness, and reliability is unparalleled, and routinely makes us the envy of other businesses in other states. We haven't had any friction with Vellum, if anything we are pleasantly surprised with phone calls the moment they feel that an explanation is too wordy or complicated to be easily understood over email. Not once have I felt pressured to ask less questions, if anything I've certainly had conversations that went longer due to seeking clarification sufficient to help a non lawyer.
