*State filing fees:

- Alaska: $250 to file Articles of Organization and initial report, and $100 per license to apply for state of Alaska business license.

- Utah: $59 to file Articles of Organization. You will be responsible for annual renewals.

- Washington: $200 to file Articles of Organization, $10 for the initial report. You will be responsible for annual renewals and a state business license.

Are there additional fees for certain work?

No. But if it’s not included in our services or area of expertise, we will refer you to another attorney to help you with those items.

How is the monthly fee paid?

We will get your credit card information or bank account information before we start services. Your payment method will be automatically charged each month and you will receive a receipt in your email. You can use our client portal to update your payment information.

Do the same fees apply if we’ve already have formed our company?

Yes, but there won’t be any initial state filings fees unless we need to file changes.

Do the services cover multiple companies?

No. Each service only covers one company. If you have a structure with one or more operating LLCs and one or more LLCs that hold assets such as real estate or machinery and equipment, then typically the holding LLC will subscribe to the good standing service at $25/month.

What is excluded from the services listed above?

For licensing, we only provide Alaska state business licenses. Alaska professional and municipal licenses, or any licensing in Utah or Washington, is not included.

We’re not licensed CPAs or insurance agents. You will work with your accountant on tax and financial items and with your insurance agent for insurance. We don’t litigate in court, so no court filings or appearances are included. We also don’t provide services for personal matters such as estate planning and family law and anything that is outside of our area of expertise such as immigration law. We can help you find an attorney to help you with these items.
