Resolving Disputes
We believe that many disputes can be resolved without lawyers. When you have a dispute and request our help, we’ll coach you on how to resolve it without involving the lawyers. We’ll also ghost write letters or emails for you.
We’ll try to get all the facts and help you work toward a solution short of litigation. We can write letters or talk with the opposing party or their attorney to try to work out a solution. We’ll also advise you on whether you should pursue the matter in litigation.
Litigation, Administrative Hearings, Arbitration, Mediation
We don’t handle litigation, administrative hearing, arbitration, mediation, as part of our services. If you decide to proceed with any of these processes, we will help you find an attorney to represent you.
If we serve as your registered agent as part of our services, we almost always will receive the summons and complaint on your company’s behalf. We will make sure that you receive a copy of it. Otherwise, please make sure we have a copy. If it’s a claim handled by your insurance, they will appoint an attorney for you. If they do not, we will help you find an attorney to represent you in the claim.
