We’ll draft your contracts
We have an extensive bank of forms that we can draw on to draft personalized contracts for you. We also have a selection of common contracts in our client portal that you can choose from. If the contract you need is in our client portal, then you’ll log on and complete the questionnaire for the contract. We'll use that information to draft the contract and then send you a draft for your review. If you have any changes to the draft contract, we’ll make those changes. If you need a contract that is not in our client portal, you can send us an email with the information we need and we'll draw on our contract bank to draft it for you
Client Portal - Contract Creation Collaboration
Our client portal allows you to create your contracts with our attorneys. Here’s how it works.
- You select the contract you need and complete the questionnaire. Your answers determine which provisions will be included in the contract. The questionnaire includes fields to provide our attorneys with the information they need to personalize your contract.
- You submit the questionnaire. Our system then generates a draft of the contract based on your answers and sends it to our attorneys.
- Our attorneys review the draft that our system generated and uses the information you provided to personalize the contract.
- We then send the personalized draft to you to review. You send us your questions, if any, and any changes you want us to review.
- You can use the contract management system within our client portal to manage your contract.
Here is a list of contracts that are currently in our portal.
- Operating agreement
- Services agreement / Independent Contractor agreement

Contracts not on the Client Portal
If the contract is not in our client portal, then you can send us an email with a description of what you need. If it’s in our bank of forms, then we’ll draft it for you. About 99% of the time we have a form that we can use. If we don’t, then we’ll either quote a fee to draft a custom contract or refer you to an attorney with the expertise to draft it.

We’ll review your contracts
The main purpose of a contract is to establish expectations and to avoid misunderstandings. We strive to make sure that you meet this purpose when you enter into a contract.
Here’s how our process work. You’ll receive a contract from a client, vendor, etc. You’ll then read it and make a list of any questions for us. You’ll send the contract and questions to us. We’ll review it and make a list of areas of concern. We’ll also draft replies and proposed changes that you can send to the other party of the contract. And we’ll answer your questions.
We don’t get involved in the negotiations, but can coach you in the negotiations.
